What is Taoist Cosmic Healing Qigong?
Taoists believe in an underlying unity that permeates the universe and ultimately binds all things. Taoist Cosmic Healing Qigong presents Qigong techniques that develop and strengthen awareness of the forces and energetic principles of the universe and the earthly six directions, allowing one to draw upon these forces for healing oneself and others

Taoist Cosmic Healing Qigong teaches you to:

• use the major acupuncture points in the hands to activate, open, and balance the Qi meridians of the body
• project specific types of therapeutic energy
• detoxify and rejuvenate the major organ systems
• use Qigong color therapy to activate and strengthen the immune system
• generate compassion and positive energy messages to enhance the ability to heal

The techniques you will learn can be integrated easily into any healing or martial arts practice, particularly increasing the effectiveness of acupuncture, massage and Therapeutic Touch.
