Date:
Sunday, September 20th, 2009

Times:
1:00 to 5:00pm

Location:
Clear Spring Studio
605A Copeland Street (at 1000 block of S. 1st St., behind Sabia Botanicals)

Tuition:
$49 if registered by August 13th; $59 after

Come and discover simple yet powerful Taoist Qigong methods to quiet and release the "five robbers" -- negative emotions of fear, anger, arrogance, worry and sadness -- and to transform their Qi into personal power, peace and happiness. When the clouds of negative emotions are cleared, our inner light of the Tao can radiate spaciously, without hindrance.

Participants will:
gain an understanding of the relationship between our emotions and their links to our internal organs, to the Five Elements, and to our inherent inner virtues.
learn the Inner Smile Qigong meditation and the Six Healing Sounds Qigong

"These methods change lives. They are among the most powerful and effective spiritual tools I have ever used!"
--Jampa Stewart
