TAOIST INNER ALCHEMY SERIES

Fusion of the Five Elements Meditation, Levels 1-3
and
Iron Shirt Qigong I

Dates: Part I: Fusion I & Iron Shirt I-- April 17th-19th
Part II: Fusion II & Iron Shirt I -- May 8th-10th

Prerequisite: MICROCOSMIC ORBIT MEDITATION CLASS (offered Friday-Sunday, March 20th-22nd).

Times: Friday evening, 7-9pm; Saturday, 9:30am - 5:00pm; Sunday, 9am-12 noon.
Same schedule each weekend.

Tuition: $245 each, if registered at least one week in advance, $295 thereafter
OR $685 for full series if registered by April 14th

Course Descriptions:

Fusion of the Five Elememts Meditation 1-3
begins your amazing journey into Taoist Inner Alchemy (Nei Dan). Transform negative emotional energy into pure energy and virtue, open and circulate Qi through your Eight Extraordinary Vessels, absorb the energy of your five senses to recharge and heal your organs, connect yourself with the protector animals guarding the four directions and draw in Qi from the planets.

Iron Shirt Qigong I opens your doors to the Qi of Heaven and Earth for grounding and rooting. Discover how to access and store the vast reservoirs of Qi in nature for self-healing and healing others. Learn to pack Qi to rejuvenate your organs and strengthen your ability to meet stress with power and aplomb. Without question the most powerful and essential foundation practice for self-healing and healing others.




Jampa Mackenzie Stewart
is The Director of Healing Tao Institute and a Certified Medical Qigong Therapist and licensed acupuncturist practicing in Austin, Texas. He has taught Medical Qigong Therapy at Southwest Acupuncture College and Academy of Oriental Medicine at Austin,
where he was Dean of Medical Qigong and Dean of Clinical Studies. Jampa was co-chairman of the National Qigong Association's (NQA) Standards Committee, and helped to develop nationally recognized professional standards for Medical Qigong therapists. He is now Vice-President and Board member of the NQA. Currently he is teaching a two-year Medical Qigong Therapy certification program through Healing Tao Institute.
