Five Animal Frolics, and Qigong breathing methods,
to create a total comprehensive fitness program.
Lian Gong Shi Ba Fa Qigong
has six sets, each containing six Qigong exercises.
Each set focuses on toning and opening a specific
area of the body to give a total body workout.
Popular throughout China today, Lian Gong Shi
Ba Fa Qigong is practiced for fitness and strength,
and to both prevent and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal
and internal disorders.

for energizing and healing the internal organs and
their related systems.
