Primordial Wisdom Qigong (Hun Yuan Qigong) is a powerful system of healing exercises and meditations from China. It is the legacy of Hu Yaozhen, the Taoist priest who coined the term "Medical Qigong" and Feng Zhiqiang, a living legend of Chinese martial and healing arts.

Primordial Qigong is:
• Cleansing: cleanse the body of toxic and stagnant qi
• Rejuvenating: recharge the body with fresh healing energy
• Harmonizing: blend the primordial energy of the universe
with the energy within the body, becoming one with all that is -- the true immortality

Students will learn:
• The Complete System of Primordial Qigong
• The effects of Primordial Qigong on athletic performance
• The Human Energy System: how awareness of the dan tian (energy centers) increases vitality and strength
• Qigong science and research
• Five Elements Principles
•Taoist Philosophy: the spiritual roots of Qigong

Primordial Qigong is suitable for anyone who is looking for greater aliveness and a deeper understanding of healing energy. This course is open to beginners.
