Ba Duan Jin Qigong (Eight Precious Brocades) gives you a 10-15 minute daily workout for developing great strength, flexibility, and health. Many martial artists and athletes use this form as part of their basic training to improve their sports performance.

Nei Yang Gong and Fangsong Gong Qigong are used by millions to reduce stress and tension, learn how to relax deeply, and to help heal from many chronic health disorders.

The Tao of Breathing, like pranayama yoga, gives you the tools to explore how you breathe and how to restore healthy breathing for health and power.

Qigong Self-massage shows you how to stimulate your body's circulation of Qi, blood and lymph to relieve pain and stiffness, stay healthy, and alleviate various health problems.
