Enjoy the peace, vibrance, and good health that Qigong can bring you. Heal yourself, and discover some of the most powerful Qigong styles practiced throughout the world today.

Ba Duan Jin Qigong (Eight Precious Brocades) gives you a 10-15 minute daily workout for developing great strength, flexibility, and health. Many martial artists and athletes use this form as part of their basic training to improve their sports performance.

Nei Yang Gong and Fangsong Gong Qigong
are used by millions to reduce stress and tension, learn how to relax deeply, and to help heal from many chronic health disorders.

The Tao of Breathing, like pranayama yoga, gives you the tools to explore how you breathe and how to restore healthy breathing for health and power.

Jampa Mackenzie Stewart is the executive director of Healing Tao Institute and a Senior Instructor of the Universal Healing Tao system. Personally trained by Taoist Master Mantak Chia and over 45 other Tai Chi and Qigong masters, Jampa has trained thousands of students and teachers since 1986. He was contributing writer and editor of Healing Tao Books, and has written over 45 published articles on the Tao.
